Pesto Chicken Kabobs

Today I wanted to share with you a super simple, super healthy recipe that you can easily whip up for dinner tonight. These Pesto Chicken Kabobs are sure to be a hit around your house!

  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 Package Cherry Tomatoes
  • Pesto (Store-Bought or Homemade), amount to your liking (remember the less you use, the less calories and fat will be added to the dish)
  • 8 Wooden Skewers

  • Cut chicken into even sized cubes and marinate in pesto (as much or as little as you like!) 
  • Soak skewers in warm water to prevent food from sticking
  • Assemble kabobs by alternating chicken pieces on tomato
  • Grill kabobs until chicken is cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side or until they easily release from the grill
