Grandma's Banana Bread

I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally share my grandmothers banana bread recipe with you all. It's by far the most simple recipe out there and it makes the most delicious banana bread you'll ever have, I promise! 

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Large or 3 Small Bananas

  • Cream sugar and margarine together until fluffy
  • Add in the egg, flour and baking soda, combine
  • Mash bananas in a separate bowl, stir into flour mixture
  • Bake at 350 degrees for one hour

*For 3 mini loaves (as seen in the photo above) bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean)
