White Chicken Chili

This is hands down one of the most simple recipes I have ever tried and by far one of the tastiest! This White Chicken Chili is a delicious soup to cozy up with on a cool fall night. 


  • 6 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 4 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
  • 2-15 oz Cans Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 2 Cups Salsa Verde
  • 2 Tsp. Ground Cumin

  • Add chicken broth, shredded chicken, beans, salsa and cumin into a saucepan and stir to combine
  • Heat over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for at least 5 minutes
  • Top with sliced avocado, cilantro, onions, tortilla chips or whatever else you'd like!
