Easter Bark

I've seen so many adorable Easter treat ideas on Pinterest over the last few weeks. One in particular caught my eye and that was Easter Bark. The recipe is super simple and totally customizable to your favorite Easter candy. Since I gave up candy for lent, I can't wait to dig into this treat on Sunday! 

  • 20 Oz Quality White Chocolate
  • Spring Oreos (Yellow Center)
  • Easter Candy (I used M&M's and Robin's Egg Malted Milk Balls)
  • Easter Sprinkles

  • Spray a Microwave safe bowl with cooking spray (this helps the chocolate to slide out easily when melted).
  • Break the chocolate up and place it into your microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30 seconds increments, stirring throughout, until fully melted.
  • Pour chocolate onto a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread your Oreos, candy and sprinkles out evenly onto the chocolate.
  • Let the bark sit for a few hours to harden (if you're in a hurry, pop it in the fridge to harden faster).
  • Cut and enjoy!
